Citizenship and More

Becoming a U.S. citizen grants you invaluable rights and privileges, including the ability to vote, and travel freely with a U.S. passport. You'll also gain access to federal benefits, expanded job opportunities, and the peace of mind that comes with permanent belonging. Once you become a U.S. citizen, your family members may obtain their green cards in the fastest way possible.

Our experienced team streamlines the naturalization process: beginning with a thorough eligibility assessment to ensure you meet all requirements, the N-400 application, understanding the test requirements, and preparing you for the naturalization interview.

NATURALIZATION

After five years as a lawful permanent resident (LPR), or three, if married to a U.S. citizen, you can pursue U.S. citizenship through the naturalization process. You must meet eligibility standards, pass the civics and English tests, and prove your good moral character.

CHILD CITIZENSHIP

U.S. citizenship offers numerous long-term benefits, providing individuals with stability, legal security, and access to various opportunities. If you are a parent, ensuring your child's citizenship is a crucial step. Take each step carefully to ensure a brighter future for your children, whether they are born in or outside the United States.

GREEN CARD RENEWAL

As a lawful permanent resident, your Green Card proves your immigration status in the U.S. While your status is permanent, the card typically expires every 10 years. An expired card doesn’t affect your status, but it can make travel, employment, and accessing services difficult—so timely renewal is essential.

TRAVAL DOCUMENTS

If you're a U.S. Green Card holder or have a pending immigration application, international travel requires caution. Form I-131 helps by providing Advance Parole or a Reentry Permit—key documents to ensure a smooth return and protect your immigration status.
