Humanitarian Relief
Humanitarian relief in U.S. immigration law provides critical protection to individuals facing dire circumstances. USCIS offers several pathways for those unable to safely return home, those requiring urgent entry, and victims of specific crimes. This includes individuals fleeing persecution, survivors of domestic violence, and victims of human trafficking.
We recognize the unique challenges faced by those seeking safety and security, and we strive to provide compassionate and effective legal representation. Our goal is to empower individuals to build new lives free from fear and persecution, guiding them through the processes of seeking humanitarian relief with integrity and dedication.

U VISA
U nonimmigrant status offers protection to foreign nationals who are crime victims, have endured mental or physical abuse, and actively assist in criminal investigations or prosecutions, provided they fulfill specific eligibility criteria. Qualifying family members may also be eligible for certain related benefits.

ASYLUM
Generally, within one year of entry in the U.S., one may seek asylum to escape persecution based on race, religion, nationality, social group, or political opinion. Asylum allows an individual to remain in the U.S. instead of being deported to a country where he or she fears persecution or harm.
