About Lin Ding


Lin Ding is the founder and managing attorney at Ding Babb Law Group. Lin was born and raised in Qingdao, China. As an immigrant herself, Lin developed a passion for immigration law and studied it as her focus in law school. Lin gained The International & Comparative Law Certificate accompanying her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Lin also holds an L.L.M. degree from the University of Illinois, as well as a Bachelors with a focus in Law from Shandong University. 

Attorney Ding has devoted many years to the practice of immigration law in North America. With a precise understanding of the latest developments in immigration regulations and a core commitment to professionalism, prudence, and compliance, Attorney Ding is highly experienced in handling complex and high difficulty cases.

Whether involving nonimmigrant visas, employment based immigration, family based immigration, or naturalization, Attorney Ding develops tailored and practical application strategies based on each client’s background and objectives, while providing clear and structured process planning.
